The Role

As the Maintenance Consultant, you will be responsible for:  

• Developing equipment maintenance strategies for fixed plant and mobile mining equipment 
• Developing and optimising equipment maintenance strategies
• Updating strategy documentation
• Conducting Root Cause Analysis (RCA) of equipment failures
• Building and sustaining excellent client relationships

Your Contribution

You will have a trade background preferably in maintenance or reliability, with at least two years industry experience. Previous experience with reliability engineering principles and techniques, such as Failure Mode Effect and Criticality Analysis (FMECA), Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) will be highly regarded.

You may currently be a tradesperson looking for new challenges and greater work variety or with your strong industry experience you may see this role as the next step in your career.

To be successful in this role, you will have strong technical and computing capabilities together with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Your innovative ability to solve problems will allow you to excel in this role.
