MPE’s vision is an environment where the well-being of our people, clients, contractors, and the community in which we operate, have united with the commitment of responsibly managing practices so as to minimise all adverse health, safety and environmental impacts from the activities and services we provide, or may be exposed to.Our objective is to complete all projects where at the conclusion stakeholders and the associated community may return to their families with the same level of health and well-being to that with which they arrived; the environment remains unchanged; and that identified key learnings are openly communicated without fear and from which safe systems of work may be collectively improved.
The well-being of our people, of your people, and of all other people exposed to our activities, rely upon our beliefs, attitudes and behaviours toward health and safety. This is why MPE have an expectation of its people to visibly demonstrate a positive commitment to health and safety by continually improving their methods of work, challenging unsafe behaviours, taking responsibility for their actions, consulting with others and appropriately mentoring where needed.
